 ·日本安川四伺服驅(qū)動，精度準(zhǔn)確，機(jī)械傳動部分減少，可有效減少機(jī)械的故障率。整個控制系統(tǒng)采用永宏P(guān)LC控制系統(tǒng)。控制箱內(nèi)接觸器全部采用法國施耐德品牌。繼電器、斷路器采用法國施耐德品牌，光電和接近開關(guān)采用日本歐姆龍品牌。

 ·底模，刀片采用進(jìn)口鋼制作耐磨。

 ·整組釘頭全部采用特殊鋼制作，電腦數(shù)控精密加工。

 ·變換紙箱尺寸和調(diào)節(jié)紙箱釘距只需一分鐘就可完成，大大節(jié)省時間操作方便。

 ·前后雙向擋板配置，可訂無蓋紙箱及小紙板箱、彩箱。

 ·后段有自動計(jì)數(shù)功能，做好的成品張數(shù)可按設(shè)定數(shù)量（1-99）分疊送至輸 送機(jī)械末端，方便打包捆扎。
